PURPOSE: A synthetic resin melting and injecting device is provided to maintain uniformly the melting state and temperature distribution of synthetic resins injected into a mold, thereby improving the quality of synthetic resin products. CONSTITUTION: A bottom plate(12) is coupled to the bottom of a port pipe body(11). The bottom plate has the port nozzle(13) in the bottom center part. An injection port(10) is comprised of a combining through hole(16) in the center part, and an upper plate(15). A melting cylinder(20) is comprised of a cylinder pipe body(21) and a cylinder nozzle(23). The cylinder pipe body comprises a screw, a cylinder heater(24), and a hopper(29). The screw is rotated by a driving motor(25). The hopper is installed in the top end part. The cylinder nozzle is coupled to the bottom of the cylinder pipe body. |
