PURPOSE: A reinforcing bar becoming like a 8-meter ruler is provided to keep spaces rapidly and exactly when binding reinforcing bar by forming a reinforcing bar with prescribed cm, m and numbers, thereby becoming aware of the necessary size for use and construction instantly, to shorten the time required for binding work, to be helpful to a construction supervision, and to complete a construction work with reliability and perfection. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing bar becoming like a 8-meter ruler is formed by marking graduations on a reinforcing bar according to the standards of cm, m and numbers, wherein the m graduations are marked into M1, M2, etc., and the cm graduations are marked small and the m graduations are marked thickly.
