PURPOSE: A specific memory operating method capable of supporting a multi-copy/multi-paste function in various editing programs is provided to store a plurality of selection information and perform a multi-copy/multi-paste command based on the stored information by using shortcut keys. CONSTITUTION: A basic/multi-clipboard stores data is stored by executing a copy/paste command. A timer counts elapsed time after a paste menu is activated. If the paste menu is selected before a predetermined time, a basic clipboard executor performs pasting the data to the basic clipboard. If the counted time passes the predetermined time, a multi-clipboard executor displays the data stored in the multi-clipboard.
