The method involves relieving a working substance (5) to a low pressure level in a cycle, Pressure containers (1, 2) i.e. fluid turbine, are connected on a steam side to an intermediate container (7) for relieving the relieved steam and fluid (3) i.e. water, that is collected in the intermediate container is recirculated into the pressure container via a return line (11) before the relieved steam of the working substance from the intermediate container. The relieved steam of the working substance is condensed and evaporated for renewed application on the pressure container. An independent claim is also included for a thermal engine comprising an evaporator.
