AN 4PASS TUBE-FIN TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER USING REFRIGERANT CONTAINING HFO 1234YF

PURPOSE: An air conditioning system for a vehicle using a 4 pass tube-fin type evaporator using HFO 1234yf material refrigerant is provided to acquire evaporator performance even using HFO 1234yf material refrigerant. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning system for a vehicle comprises a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator(100). The evaporator comprises a plurality of tubes(20), fins(30), a pair of header tanks(10), and more than one baffle. The fins inserted between the tubes increases a heat transfer area with air which is flowed between the tubes. The header tanks coupled with both ends of the tubes distribute heat exchange media composed of HFO 1234yf. The height of the tubes ranges from 2.4889mm to 4.082mm, and the flow of the heat exchange media is composed of 4paths.
