PURPOSE: A method for preparing the oriental medicine drink, and the oriental medicine drink prepared by the method are provided to reduce the concentration of total cholesterol without side effect and to maintain the blood vessel of the heart to be clean. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing the oriental medicine drink comprises the steps of mixing 100~150 parts by weight of Sasa quelpaertensis, 150~200 parts by weight of Polygala tenuifolia and 100~150 parts by weight of Ziziphus zizyphus based on 100 parts by weight of Aquilaria agallocha; mixing the mixture with 1.5~6 times amount of water by weight in a container; and heating the container to pass the steam discharged from a steam discharge hole through a cooler so as to prepare the distilled solution.
