PURPOSE: A motor driving circuit and a washing machine having the circuit are provided to separate grounding between a main controller and a display controller, thereby preventing the display controller from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: A drum(120) accepts laundry. A motor(130) provides driving power in connection with the drum. A main controller controls driving of the motor. A display(150) displays operation of the motor controlled by the main controller. The display controller controls operation of the display. Grounding between the main controller and the display controller is separated. The main controller and the display controller communicate with each other through a photo coupler. |
