PURPOSE:To attain low manufacture cost by adjusting automatically a mounting position of a level switch to a position corresponding to the liquid amount required for shower process to realize the complete automation of the shower process. CONSTITUTION:A valve opening signal is outputted from a CPU15a to an automatic switch valve 8 when the process enters the spray process of a coating liquid, the coating liquid is fed to a spray nozzle 6 of a sugar-coater 5 from a measuring cylinder 1, and when the liquid level in the cylinder drops and a float 9 reaches the mounting position, a switch 10 outputs a detection signal to the CPU15a, which receives the signal and outputs a valve closing signal to the valve 8. Then the coating liquid of the required unit amount for the shower process is fed to the coater 5. After the showering operation of the unit amount is repeated by a prescribed number of times set in a memory 15b, the CPU15a reads the required shower amount next from the memory 15b again, a turning signal corresponding to the shower amount is outputted to a motor 14, the motor 14 rotates an elevating screw 13 to change the position of the switch 11. The position of the switch 11 is adjusted automatically at each measuring point. |
