A system and a method for administration of physical distribution information based on RFID are provided to enable an operator to manage the distribution of specific articles systematically by providing the information at which RFID event related EPC information, B2B information and import/export clearance distribution information are integrated. A tracking sever registers the EPC history information and the B2B information that occur at an international distribution base. If there is a request for the inquiry of distribution history information, the tracking sever integrates the previously stored EPC history information, B2B history information and the import/export clearance distribution information collected through an import/export clearance distribution management network-associated module(410), processes the integrated information and provides the processed information. A key mapping sever(300) verifies and registered a distribution information key value transmitted from a client application sever(500), and extracts a key for the inquiry of the distribution history information.
