PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to reduce a failure rate of a panel assembly by suppressing the damage to an organic light emitting device and a driving circuit. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting display device includes a first substrate(20), a second substrate(24) and a buffer spacer(38). The first substrate has a display region and a pad region. The first substrate has an organic light emitting device in the display region. The second substrate is fixed in the first substrate with the interval. A buffer spacer is positioned in a space between the first substrate and the second substrate and is contacted with the second substrate.
