PURPOSE: A modular saw singulation handler and a handling process thereof are provided to maintain continuity of work, by assembling two dicing saws and one singulation handler. CONSTITUTION: A loader(100) comprises a pusher(110) pushing a modular material(10) stacked in a magazine(20) by one piece. A track panel part(900) arranges the modular materials supplied from the loader as triad. A modular dicing saw(200) comprises a first dicing saw(200a) and a second dicing saw(200b). The first dicing saw and the second dicing saw transfer the modular material. A singulation handler(300) sorts unit material pieces cut from the modular dicing saw as good and inferior goods. The singulation handler collects only the authentic goods in a tray. |
