PURPOSE: A crane hook apparatus having a heavy object rotating function is provided to store the rising or falling motion of the crane hook apparatus as the elastic energy of a spring and use rotation by the dynamic stability of the spring, thereby rotating a heavy object. CONSTITUTION: A crane hook apparatus having a heavy object rotating function(100) comprises a first gear(110), a spring(140), and a second gear(160). The first gear converts the rising or falling motion of the crane hook apparatus into a rotary motion. The spring stores the rotation of the first gear as elastic energy. The second gear is rotated by the dynamic stability of the spring. A bevel gear(130) changes the rotation direction of the first gear. A spring rotation shaft(142) is installed in the center of the spring.
