PURPOSE: A scribing apparatus forming a scribe line on a motherboard in which unit boards are formed is provided to increase the quality of a cross section which the scribe line is formed and improve the accuracy of the scribe line formation. CONSTITUTION: Scribers(200a, 200b) is arranged in the upper side and the lower side of the motherboard and is respectively formed in the top and lower side of the motherboard. Air injecting members(300) are arranged in both sides of the scribers. The air injecting members support the mother boards by spraying the air to the mother board in order that the air injecting members is horizontally disposed to a contact point of the motherboard. A transfer member transfer the motherboard in one direction. |
