MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LIGHTWEIGHT BRICKS BY USING SLUDGE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a lightweight brick is provided to recycle waste effectively by using sludge and to lower the cost with obtaining a high quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a lightweight brick comprises the steps of (10) drying the material comprising sludge, clay and silica; (20) pulverizing the material; (30) mixing the material comprising sludge, clay and silica; (40) molding a brick; (50) drying the brick at a low temperature; and (60) sintering the brick at a high temperature and cooling the sintered brick.
