PURPOSE: A seawater testing device for a marine paint specimen is provided to prevent the performance of a ship from being downgraded by propagating aquatic organisms on the surface of a ship and an aquatic structure. CONSTITUTION: A seawater testing device(100) for a marine paint specimen comprises a guide part(10), a body portion(20), a specimen hooking part(30), a specimen test part(40), and a buoyant member(50). The guide part comprises a fixture piece(11) and a guide rail(12). The fixture piece fixes the paint specimen testing device on the ground. The guide rail is coupled with the fixture piece. The body part comprises a plurality of slide rings(21), a footrest member(22) and a body supporting member(23). A plurality of slide rings are connected to the guide part to move vertically. The footrest member is located on the lower part of the guide part and a plurality of lattice-shaped spaces are formed in the footrest member. The specimen hooking part comprises a plurality of observation specimen hooking parts(31) and a plurality of test specimen hooking parts(32). A plurality of observation specimen hooking parts are coupled on the upper part of the body. A plurality of test specimen hooking parts are coupled on the upper part of the footrest member.
