PURPOSE: An active acoustic absorbent and a method for minimizing sound wave reflection are provided to obtain high sound-absorbing effect by feeding back a sound signal to a sending sensor and generating a cancelling wave for cancelling a reflected wave. CONSTITUTION: A receiving sensor(10) detects a signal of an incident wave. A sending sensor(30) generates a canceling wave for cancelling a reflected wave of an incident wave. A control unit(20) receives an electrical signal of a sound wave in which an incident wave, a reflected wave and a cancelling wave are overlapped with one another. The control unit controls an amplitude and a phase of the electrical signal and generates a driving signal for driving the sending sensor. The sending sensor and the receiving sensor have a flat shape and are deposited and molded.
