PURPOSE: A process for preparing 2-acyl-3-amino-2-alkenoate is provided to increase reactivity and selectivity and to selectively synthesize C2-acylated product without N-acylated by-products by using bases in acylation of enaminozincate. CONSTITUTION: A process for preparing 2-acyl-3-amino-2-alkenoate of chemical formula 1 comprises the steps of: reacting a nitrile compound of chemical formula 2 with alkyl bromoacetate of chemical formula 3 and zinc to obtain enamino zincate of chemical formula 4; and reacting enamino zincate of chemical formula 4 and an acylating agent in the presence of bases.
