PURPOSE: Water-proof and moisture-permeable fabric used in medical materials is provided to offer good water vapor permeability and internal water pressure, and to offer blood infiltration resistance with good water repellency. CONSTITUTION: Water-proof and moisture-permeable fabric(A) includes a fiber substrate(B) and nano-fiber web(C). The nano-fiber web consists of the nano-fiber of which average diameter is 30~1,000 nm. The nano-fiber web is laminated on the fiber substrate with an adhesive. The nano-fiber contains a water repellent of 0.5~5.0 weight% and an antimicrobial agent of 1.0~8.0 weight%. The fiber substrate is one selected from cotton fabric, cotton-polyester blended fabric, spun lace non-woven fabric. The water repellent is a silicon water repellent.
