PURPOSE: A portable line drawing tool is provided to expose or shield a gimlet by screwing a fastening cap to the handle bar, thereby protecting a worker. CONSTITUTION: An annular portion(111) guides and cuts the thickness side piece of a tile. The annular portion is bent in a staple shape. A male screw portion(112) is formed in the longitudinal direction of the other end side. A stopper(113) is projected to the outside in the finish point of the male screw portion in the longitudinal direction of the male screw portion. A forcibly fitting groove is formed in the center of the start terminal portion of the male screw portion. A fastening cap(120) has a female screw portion(121). According to the extent that the fastening cap is fastened to the male screw portion, a gimlet(S) is exposed or shielded.
