PURPOSE: A rainwater and sun visor for beehive and a beehive using the same are provided to guide the falling of rainwater by forming a shape bent 15 Deg. to the downward, and not wave on the wind. CONSTITUTION: The beehive using rainwater and sun visor includes: a lid(110) for covering an upper end of a top beehive; a top beehive(100') having an opening in the bottom surface; an upper support material(120) for supporting the top beehive to safely settled in the upper end of a lower beehive; a bee gateway(150) having a gate for going in and out; a hinge(210) in which one side is fixed to the upper side of the upper support material and the other side is fixed to a blind plate; a blind plate(220) upwardly installed at the bee gateway by the hinge; and a connecting part(121) for reiterating binding or releasing operation according to revolving the blind plate.
