PURPOSE: A touch screen display device equipped with two IC chips is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost of the touch screen display device equipped with two IC chips. CONSTITUTION: A touch screen panel(300) comprises a gate and data lines, pixels, a first and second sensing lines and a touch sensor. A first IC(Integrated Chip) chip(600) comprises first read out unit receiving the output signal of the gate driving unit to first sensing line. A second IC chip(500) comprises a second lead out unit receiving the output signal of a data driver with second sensing line.
