PURPOSE: A streetlamp post having an insulating filling layer is provided to install and repair the streetlamp post easily to have high intensity by reducing use of metal materials. CONSTITUTION: A streetlamp post having an insulating filling layer comprises an inner tube(10), an outer tube(20), and an insulating filling tube(30). The inner tube made of metal materials has a zinc coating layer on the surface. The outer tube made of synthetic resin materials which have vibration resistance and flame resistance is coupled in a form in which the outer tube is inserted from the outside of the inner tube to the inside of the inner tube. The insulating filling tube is formed by filling the synthetic resin materials, such as polyurethane, with high pressure between the inner tube and the outer tube.
