PURPOSE: A manual handling device of an electrical-type pilot valve is provided to simply determine the failure cause of the pilot valve and easily set an initial position when the pilot valve is connected to a positioner. CONSTITUTION: A manual handling device(200) of an electrical-type pilot valve comprises a fluid input part(204), a fluid output unit(206), and a manual switching unit(208). The fluid input part is connected to the first port of the piezo of the pilot valve. The fluid output unit is connected to the second port of the piezo of the pilot valve. In an open position, the manual switching unit forms a path for discharging a pressure fluid inputted from the piezo from the fluid input part to the fluid output part. In a shutting position, the manual switching unit shuts the path.
