PURPOSE: An intellectual information display system and an information display method are provided to display the output information of an information display unit in which failure occurs through a neighboring information display unit, thereby processing client calls and the business of windows normally and constantly. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of staff terminal units(120a~120n) generates client call signals. An information display unit(110a~110n) is corresponded to the staff terminal units one-to-one. According to the client call signals, the information display unit displays output information including order information. A monitoring unit(140) monitors the normality of a connection state between the staff terminal units and the information display unit and the occurrence of failure in the information display unit. According to a preset proxy function, a control terminal unit(150) controls the display of corresponding output information to one or more neighboring information display units. |
