PURPOSE: An apparatus for mixing and sterilizing a powder of different type of cereals is provided to improve the sterilization effect and to use no separate drying device. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for mixing and sterilizing a powder of different types of cereals comprises a pressure vessel(2) which has a pressure vessel jacket, a steam injection hole(7), a steam discharge hole, and a saturated steam supply nozzle(9); a steam control valve(14) which is connected with an electric steam boiler and controls the temperature of the supplied steam; a pressure vessel fixing part(13) which is connected with an electric steam boiler and controls the temperature of the supplied saturated steam; a saturated steam supply valve(11) which supports the one side of the pressure vessel; and a drive motor(4) which drives the ribbon rotating shaft of the pressure vessel.
