FILTER AND DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A filter for a display device and the display device having the filter are provided to simply dispose an electromagnetic emission path of an electromagnetic shielding layer, thereby reducing a manufacturing cost as maintaining electromagnetic shielding performance. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic shielding layer(230) shields electromagnetic waves by being formed on one side of a base substrate(210). Electrode units(300) are formed on at least more than two of four edges of the base substrate. The electrode units ground an electromagnetic shielding layer. The electrode units are conductive metal thin films formed on the girth of the base substrate. The electrode units are conductive metal pastes printed on edge surfaces of the base substrate. The electrode units are formed on an upper side and a lower side of the base substrate.
