PURPOSE: A method for producing the alkaline and high-calcium mineral water from natural seawater, and its apparatus are provided to remove the bacteria and pathogenic strain. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing the alkaline and high-calcium mineral water from natural seawater comprises the steps of heating natural clean seawater at 60~70°C; adding 5~40 weight% of quicklime mass of 10~50cm and dolomite mass of 10~50cm to it and heating it 150~400°C; spurting it through a seam spurting pipe if it reaches a certain pressure, so as to liquify it by using a liquefaction plant; and mixing the liquified liquid with the separate purified water by a ratio of 1~10 wt%.
