PURPOSE: A vehicle starting control device is provided to manipulate an input bottoms and to control the starting of vehicles according to the state of the vehicles. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle starting control device comprises a power distributor(30), a power connector(40), a button input part(20), a communication connector(50) and a MICOM(10). The power connector supplies the divided power to the electronic control unit included in a vehicle interior. The communication connector is connected to a signal processing part(60). The signal processing part outputs a car state signal according to the operation of the vehicles. When the button input part is inputted, the MICOM controls the power distributor and selectively supplies the automobile power according to the car state signal inputted through the connector.
