PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of aluminum alloy for a fin material of a heat exchanger is provided to reduce failure rate and to maintain the shape of metallic compound blocks. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum board is casted as the constant thickness(S100). The aluminum board is rolled at the first(S200). The rolled aluminum board is annealed(S300). The annealed aluminum board is rolled at the second and aluminum alloy for a heat exchanger fin is formed(S400). The thickness of the aluminum board is 6mm. The aluminum board is rolled at a reduction rate of 95~99% in the first rolling step. The rolled aluminum board is heat at 400~450°C for two hours.
