PURPOSE: A probe needle member mounted on a probe block and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to additionally form a basic panel which is an insulating panel on the bottom of a probe needle panel, thereby preventing bending of the probe needle panel. CONSTITUTION: A probe unit and a probe block are mounted on a probe device. The probe block(2000) comprises a slant probe needle member forming a probe needle panel of a probe needle member. In the probe needle member(3000), a probe needle panel configured by a probe needle body and a probe needle is laminated on the basic panel which is an insulating panel. The probe needle member includes a cantilever type probe needle connected by joint or a cantilever type probe needle grounding two cantilevers to face each other. The probe block mounts or bonds the probe needle member on a surface inclined at 30 to 60 degrees.
