PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a fuel cell is provided to realize a miniaturized fuel battery at a low manufacturing cost, to precisely manufacture a membrane electrode assembly, and to prevent the damage of the membrane electrode assembly. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a fuel cell comprises (S110) forming a channel at one side of first and second wafers; (S120) forming a sealing layer at any one side of the first and second wafers to prevent fluid leakage flowing into a flow path; (S140) laminating the membrane electrode assembly on one side of the first wafer; and (S160) bonding the first wafer with the second wafer to cover the membrane electrode assembly.
