PURPOSE: A simple cookware is provided to prevent external contamination beforehand by removing smell particles generated during cooking. CONSTITUTION: A simple cookware comprises an oil receiver(10), a roast plate(20), and a semi spherical cap(30). The oil receiver has a low groove(12) in which oil is accepted, and an ascension pipe(11) in which a diameter is getting smaller in an upper direction. The roast plate has a heat inlet(21) and a heat outlet(22). The semi spherical cap covers the roast plate. The ascension pipe is coupled with the heat inlet of the roast plate. Vents(13) are formed on the external surface of the oil receiver. |
