<p>PURPOSE: A braille block, and its manufacturing method are provided to improve abrasion resistance, the clearness of the linear projection, strength and appearance. CONSTITUTION: A braille block(1) comprises an upper plate(12) mixture which comprises blast furnace slag 32 - 35 parts by weight, sand 144 - 155 parts by weight, a pigment 31 - 36 parts by weight, a curing agent 1 - 2 parts by weight, a curing accelerator 1 - 2 parts by weight, an antifoaming agent 1 - 2 parts by weight, and polycarbonic acid 1 - 2 parts by weight based on unsaturated polyester 100 parts by weight; and a lower plate(14) mixture which comprises blast furnace slag 39 - 44 parts by weight, sand 650 - 683 parts by weight, a curing agent 1 - 2 parts by weight, a curing accelerator 1 - 2 parts by weight, an antifoaming agent 1 - 2 parts by weight and polycarbonic acid 1 - 2 parts by weight based on unsaturated polyester 100 parts by weight.</p> |
