PURPOSE: A warm water heating device for a warm water mat and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a crack of a cutoff film of a motor casing and to reduce noise from the motor. CONSTITUTION: A warm water heating device for a warm water mat comprises an upper case(20), a lower case, a supporting case, a hot-water storage tank(21), an impeller casing part(30a), a motor casing part(30) and a submarine electric motor pump(23). The hot-water storage tank is fixed on a lower case floor side(32). A motor fixing hole is punched on one point of the lower case floor side. The impeller casing part is located inside of the hot-water storage tank. The motor casing part is located in a space part of the supporting case and lower case. |
