PURPOSE: A method for providing a service and a mobile broadcast receiver are provided to include signaling data in a transmitting end, thereby recognizing and receiving an NRT(Non Real Time) service from a receiver. CONSTITUTION: The first signaling information and the second signaling information are received. A service guide is composed and displayed using the first signaling information(S2301). The first content ID information about the content selected from the service guide is obtained(S2302). It is connected to a flute session using the second signaling information. The second content identification information which is matched with the first content identification information is obtained(S2303~S2308). One or more files comprising the content are received(S2309).
