PURPOSE: A hydrogen generation apparatus using organic hydrogen compounds is provided to reduce loss of a reaction raw material by heating the raw material directly with microwaves, and to improve speed for heating and hydrogen generation. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen generation apparatus using organic hydrogen compounds includes a source supply part(10), a dehydrogenation part(20) and a byproduct recovery part(30). The fuel supply part has a raw material storing container(11), a supply pipe(12), and a supply pump(13). The hydrogen is transferred to a fuel battery or a hydrogen internal combustion engine(40) through a hydrogen supply pipe(24). The reaction byproducts are transferred to a by-product reservoir(31).
