PURPOSE: An RFID(Radio Frequency ID) device is provided to solve an electrostatic discharge problem occurring when a DC current is used in an RFID tag chip. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of rectifying units rectify a RF signal received through an antenna. A plurality of capacitors boost voltage rectified in the rectifiers. The capacitors generate power voltage used as operating voltage of an RFID. An electrostatic discharge unit(11) is installed to an apply terminal for receiving the RF signal and forms an electrostatic discharge route. The electrostatic discharge unit includes an electrostatic discharge material(13) connected between an upper electrode(T) and a bottom electrode(B). |
