APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PERSISTENT ALLOCATION OF RESOURECE IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for persistent allocation of resource in a mobile communication system are provided to reduce a difference between allocations in transmission and retransmission by dividing an initial transmission group and a retransmission group and constituting a map. CONSTITUTION: In a device, a scheduler and multiplexer(301) perform resources scheduling continuously to allot the resources to each terminal by using channel information with the terminals. The scheduler and multiplexer transmits a resource allocation result to a map configuration part. The map configuration part(303) generates the map message by using the resource allocation result from the scheduler. The map configuration part decides whether the resource allocation is initial transmission or retransmission. When the resource allocation is the initial transmission, the map configuration part records the resource allocation at a previous initial transmission and change of resource allocation. When the resource allocation is retransmission, the map configuration part records the change of resource allocation between in previous retransmission and current transmission.
