PURPOSE: A protective circuit module and a secondary battery are provided to increase a mounting space of a device on a protection circuit module because a hole is not formed at a position connected to the lead plate, thereby realizing light weight and miniaturization of the protection circuit module and reducing cost of a secondary battery. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery comprises a bare cell and a protection circuit module which is positioned at the upper part of the bare cell and is electrically connected to the bare cell through a first lead plate(1250). The first lead plate includes a first plate(1251), a second plate(1252) connected to the first plate, and a third plate(1253) which is positioned in order to face the first plate and is connected to the second plate. |
