PURPOSE: A wind direction adjustment device of an air-conditioner is provided to control an angle of guide plate in all directions by bending a flexible adjusting rod. CONSTITUTION: A wind direction adjustment device of an air-conditioner comprises a guide plate(3) and a pair of flexible regulating rods(2). The guide plate locates at the lower part of an outlet of the air-conditioner and directs the wind at a fixed angle. The guide plate comprises a plurality of assemblers(9). The lower part of the flexible regulating rod is inserted into the assembler on both sides of the guide plate. The top of the flexible regulating rod is fixed and coupled with the air-conditioner and bent in all directions in order to control a wind direction angle or location of the guide plate.
