PURPOSE: A rail fixing device to be facilitately installed, maintained and repaired is provided to minimize corrosion even when exposed to rainwater. CONSTITUTION: A rail fixing device comprises a base(13), a first clip(20), a support bolt(40), a second clip(30), and a support nut(45). A rail(15) is arranged in the base upper part. The first clip is coupled with the base apart from the rail, and has a bolt fastening hole opened to one side. The support bolt which has a head and a cylindrical thread part is inserted into the first clip. The second clip which has a bolt insertion hole inserted to the support bolt tread part supports a rail bottom(16). The support nut is coupled with the tread part of the support bolt through the bolt insertion hole.
