MAGNESIUM ALLOY HONEYCOMB BOARD AND PRODUCTION PROCESS THEREOF

Disclosed herein are a magnesium alloy honeycomb board and a preparation method thereof. The said magnesium alloy honeycomb board is composed of a honeycomb core structure, an upper board and a lower board which are joined together by adhesives. The upper and lower boards are made of magnesium alloy boards, and the honeycomb core structure is made of magnesium alloy foils. The honeycomb core structure is made of high strength magnesium alloy by rolling, slicing, accurate bending, positioning and adhering till to a honeycomb core structure with regular hexagonal units. Thereafter, being pressed and solidified after the honeycomb core structure being adhered to high strength magnesium alloy boards, a magnesium alloy honeycomb board with high strength and light weight is achieved.
