The system (1) has a set of cylindrical tanks (2) connected in parallel, where reservoirs contain a set of annular filtering elements placed one after the other. A cleaning fluid evacuation circuit (3) and a cleaning fluid supplying circuit (6) are respectively connected to a dry cleaning machine. Rapid connection units respectively connect the evacuation circuit and the supplying circuit to the dry cleaning machine. Displacement units (8) allow displacement of the filtering system when the filtering system is disconnected from the dry cleaning machine. An independent claim is also included for a method for maintaining a filtering system.
