摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a core loss by performing electromagnetic field analysis taking the influence of anisotropy and elastic bending into consideration. <P>SOLUTION: This core loss optimizing system includes a database for storing an H-B curve and a database for storing a W-B curve using anisotropic parameters an angleθformed by a predetermined direction of a soft magnetic material and the direction of a magnetic flux density in a minute region, and an elastic bending curvature K; a magnetic flux density vector determination means for determining the angleθand the magnitude B of the magnetic flux density, on the basis of the Maxwell's equations in the minute region; a core loss computation means for computing core losses of the minute region; a core loss summation means for determining the sum of the core losses of the minute region; a form change means for reducing the elastic bending curvature K applied to the soft magnetic material and changing the form of the soft magnetic material for minimizing the sum of the core losses; and a core loss optimization determining means for determining whether the sum of core losses be minimum or not.
