摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the response speed of mapping amount adjustment during clock deviation change fast while keeping detection precision of a sequentially changing clock deviation high. <P>SOLUTION: A clock deviation detection unit 13 detects the clock deviation between an input clock and an output clock a plurality of times in a fixed period, and a moving average arithmetic processing function 13a uses detected clock deviation detected values thereof to compare the latest clock deviation detected value with the clock deviation detected value right before the latest one or the total value of a plurality of clock deviation detected values, performs weighting operation using the latest clock deviation detected value according to the comparison result, and replaces the operation value with the latest clock deviation detected value, and further similarly repeats comparison and operation, and divides the latest clock deviation detected value which is obtained finally by the total number of obtained clock deviation detected values to find a moving average value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
