<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a printed circuit board in which the deterioration of transmission characteristics of transmitted signals flowing through a microstrip line is suppressed in a printed circuit board having the microstrip line on the surface layer and having a surface having the microstrip line covered with a heat conducting material. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a printed circuit board 10, a heat conducting material 18 has a part that is out of contact with a microstrip line 11.
