<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lane detection device for reducing an error of a lane detection result. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This lane detection device S1 has: an image input part 11 for inputting a fish-eye image outside a vehicle body which is viewed from the side of the vehicle body; a feature point extraction part 12 extracting an edge point (a feature point) from the fish-eye image; a lane direction calculation part 14 calculating a direction vector of the lane positioned on the side of the vehicle body on a road surface based on the feature point; and a lane detection part 15 detecting the lane by use of the direction vector of the lane and the feature point of the fish-eye image.
