<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-agricultural and stabilized article. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the non-agricultural article which keeps its properties during the use and degrades later on, until total disintegration and disappearance of the plastic. The invention further relates to a method for controlling the weathering resistance and the degradation of the non-agricultural article. The desired effect is obtained with a specific combination of degradant metal salt and a stabilizer.
