<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejector, capable of reducing deterioration of performance which is caused in accordance with deformation of each part in its connection to an external device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An ejector function body 160 constituted by mutually connecting a nozzle 161 and a body 162 and a second cover 164 for housing other parts of the ejector function body 160 are fixed to a first cover body 163 for housing the nozzle 161 side of the ejector function body 160, so that the second cover 164 is in no-contact with the ejector function body 160. When the ejector 16 is connected to the external device, the connection is performed through first and second unions 167a and 167b joined to the first and second covers 163 and 164. According to this, the deformation of each part of the ejector function body 160 in the connection is suppressed to reduce the deterioration of performance of the ejector.
