DC welding set contains two single-phase two-leg transformers, each of which has a primary winding located on one leg, and secondary winding, which is connected to a rectification circuit through a capacitive reactor located on the second leg; in the case all positive outputs of rectification circuits are connected to one of the output terminals, and negative outputs - to the second output terminal. The primary windings of transformers are connected to the three-phase supply circuit according to an open delta scheme; the secondary winding of the first transformer consists of two half windings connected in series and in inphase manner; the secondary winding of the second transformer is connected by one end to the joining point of secondary windings, and by the second end - to the second rectifier made with two semiconductor power rectifying diodes. |
